Through evidence based research, appreciative inquiries, and personal experiences, I can teach you how to capitalize on your mission and vision while leveraging barriers and bias in any environment. I will challenge you using the 3P’s method: Preparing, Prevention, and Production. This method provides a unique ethnographic experience and offers learning tools to work through systemic inequities that will facilitate change in work environments, communities and personal lives.

• Initial intake and contract

• Strategy session and timeline

• Scope of work implemented/customized (e.g. one-on-one or training with your staff or in-house team, on-site work, off-site work, milestones)

• Project completion and ongoing relationship established for maintenance and check-ins

• Evaluation at the end of agreed upon timeline and six-month follow-up.
